An expert in culture change having led several post-McKinsey interventions to create customer-centric culture changes; LinkedIn Learning/Lynda Author of the course “Creating a Culture of Change”; and Founder of the 'Culture & Leadership Learning Lab’, a professional association with over 100 members based in Munich. He has gained his experience working in a number of global companies, predominantly in the life science and chemical sectors. Richard has also run masterclasses at a number of international HR and business conferences.

Education: degree in German with IT, a postgraduate qualification in HR and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and Training, the highest accreditation for UK qualified HR professionals.

Also engaged as innovation manager and coaching StartUps and corporates in new ventures and in business models.
