Formats

Mini: compact workshops of 2 h or 4 h to introduce a topic, give an overview and demonstrate key points with a few short exercises, optimized for audiences where time is of the essence
Mono: one or several days, optimized for situations where participants’ time constraints make it most efficient to bring the audience together for a one-time intense training event
Multi: where the training is delivered over a period of several months and participants profit from trying out newly acquired skills in the intervals between the training sessions, and further honing them under the guidance of the trainer at the next training session
Custom formats developed in dialogue with the client to fit their organizations exact needs in content and timing
Individual 'workshops' i.e. coaching for employees at all levels; can also be combined with group workshops, being delivered before or after a workshop, or in between installments of a series.
