Online Events Policy

Introduction
Pleinert & Partner (hereinafter: ”Pleinert & Partner”, “We” or “Us”) organizes public online events occasionally, featuring for example talks, panels or workshops related to our field of expertise.

Event Platforms
The meetings are held through various online meeting tools such as for example Google Meets, or on various virtual meeting platforms such as for example Spatial.

Event Invitations
We advertise our events through various social media such as for example LinkedIn and within the advertisement provide information on how to join the event, for example through a weblink.

Processing of your information
Without your explicit permission in writing We DO NOT utilize any of your information that we obtain from you when you sign up for an event, such as for example your e-mail address, in any other way than is needed for your participation in the event, and We DO NOT store such information in any way, and We DO NOT disclose it to any third parties.

Exclusion from Events
We reserve the right to remove individuals who disrupt our event from the event and to exclude them from participation in future events.

 

HyCareer Services

Documents You Provide
Any documents you provide to us during your coaching are stored on our company’s Google Workspace for the duration of the coaching. These documents are destroyed at the end of your last coaching session, or at any time during the coaching upon your request.

LinkedIn Profile
When you select topics of interest and choose a coach on our website, we ask you to share your LinkedIn profile URL. We use this information solely to prepare for your exploratory call. This information is stored and destroyed under the same terms as the documents described above.

Session Recordings
Coaching sessions are held via Zoom or Google Meet. You choose whether your coach is allowed to record your coaching sessions. If you allow it, we use the recording solely to produce a structured report of the session for you, and the recording is destroyed immediately after that report has been produced. You are also welcome to record the sessions yourself if you wish, but you are required to inform your coach beforehand.

Structured Reports
You choose how long we keep your structured reports: indefinitely, for one year, or we destroy them at the end of your coaching.

 

Services from third parties

Some of the third-party providers listed on this page are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred to the United States, this is done on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for providers certified under it, or other appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Calendly
We and/or some of our partners use Calendly, provided by Calendly, LLC, to allow you to book certain meetings and coaching sessions. When you schedule a meeting through Calendly, your data is processed by Calendly in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at https://calendly.com/privacy.

Formspree

We use Formspree, Inc. to process submissions from certain forms on this website. When you submit information through one of these forms, it is transmitted to and processed by Formspree in order to deliver it to us. Formspree's privacy policy is available at https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Google Calendar
We use Google Calendar, provided by Google LLC, to schedule and manage certain meetings and coaching sessions. When you book a meeting via Google Calendar, your data is processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Fonts

We integrate fonts (“Google Fonts”) from the provider Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Data protection declaration: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/, opt-out: https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated.

Google Meet
We use Google Meet, provided by Google LLC, to hold certain meetings and coaching sessions. When you join a meeting through Google Meet, your data is processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

MailerLite

We use the services of MailerLite Ltd. 38 Mount Street Upper, Dublin 2, D02 PR89 Ireland to send newsletters. MailerLite is a third-party provider, which may process your data (when you subscribe) using industry-standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter.

You can always unsubscribe from our newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the end of each newsletter. You may also contact us using the information below to request a complete deletion of your data from our Newsletter Service.

Matomo

This website uses Matomo, an open-source web analytics platform. We use the statistics obtained through Matomo to better understand how visitors use our website and to improve it accordingly.

The legal basis for the use of Matomo is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. We self-host Matomo on our own servers, and no data collected through Matomo is shared with Google or any other third party.

Matomo processes IP addresses in an anonymized, shortened form, so that a personal reference to you can be excluded. Matomo may use cookies to help us analyze how visitors use our website; you may refuse the use of these cookies at any time by adjusting the settings in your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

Stripe

We use Stripe, Inc. to process payments for our services. When you make a payment, your payment details are processed directly by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details ourselves. Stripe's privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Youtube

We embed videos from the YouTube platform of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When you allow cookies in our cookie banner or actively click a video and allow its display, you will be connected to the servers of YouTube.
